  • Support Staff or Support Staffer (s) means any individual registered with the Website searching and applying for jobs or assignments through the Website.

  • Employer(s) means any individual or company registered with the Website who uploads job position availability through the Website.

  • User means either Jobseekers/ Support Staff, and/or Employers.

  • You/Your means either Support Staff, Job Seeker and/or Employers.

About The Website

Mass Junctions mission is to provide customers support, and online services to brands, entrepreneurs, and companies big and small. We also provide support staffers with legitimate telecommuting jobs quickly, easily, and safely, as well as enable Employers to upload job postings and for Jobseekers to potentially fill their vacant telecommuting jobs, all through the Website’s online database. The Website also provides informational and educational material, including e-courses and downloads, and job organization tools.

Warranties and Representations

You warrant and agree that you have the right and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to adhere to its terms and conditions. You warrant that you are a human individual that is eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age but at least thirteen (13) years of age, you must present this Agreement to your parent or legal guardian for their review. You warrant that you are not prohibited from assenting to this Agreement by any preexisting Agreement.

You warrant and represent that any and all information that you provide to Mass Junction and to potential employers is accurate and valid. You agree to comply in good faith with the terms of this Agreement.

You will not use the Website in any way that violates the rights of third parties, and you agree to comply with any and all applicable local, national, state, provincial, and international laws, treaties, and regulations. Given the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all laws and rules where you reside or where you use the Website. The Website is operated in the United States and Mass Junction makes no representation that its Website or services or products are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in other locations.

Because Mass Junction does not have direct access to employer data outside of our website, all Support Staffers and Job Seekers are responsible for any agreements they enter into with said Employers, and for any and all issues that may or may not arise from entering into such agreements. We caution our Job seekers to do their due diligence in reference to any job offer outside of the Mass Junction Website before providing such information as name, social security number, address or banking information. We encourage our Jobseekers to only accept payments from employers through a secured banking system such as PayPal, or by check. We do not encourage giving out bank account information as an acceptable form of receiving payment from Employers.

Mass Junction takes many precautions to avoid listing scam positions throughout our job network. We pre screen employers using phone interview and receive payments on behalf of our support staffers before, during, or after performing work, however, due to the increasingly sophisticated techniques of online scam artists, we STRONGLY encourage all of our Jobseekers,  Support Staffers, and Service providers to:

  • Research each job offer and the company offering the position before accepting

  • Never use your own bank account to receive/send money for companies;

  • Never wire money for a company from your personal bank account; and

  • Never pay a “start-up” fee to companies that say you must purchase software or other equipment in order to work for them.Jobseekers are responsible for ALL interactions between potential Employers of outside of our networks and themselves. Any losses resulting from a Jobseeker’s interactions or transactions with a potential Employer,, is the sole responsibility of the Jobseeker. Mass Junction or parent company does not reimburse Jobseekers for money lost due to involvement with job services or positions that do not come from us directly. Mass Junction is not affiliated with the companies whose jobs are listed on our Website. Please exercise caution and due diligence in researching all employment offers received.

Ownership of Website Fees and License

You acknowledge and agree that My Joint Venture Life and Mass Junction is the owner of, or has rights in and to, the Website and its associated content, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights inherent therein. The Website is protected by all applicable laws, intellectual property or otherwise, and you are expressly prohibited from using the Website for any purposes not explicitly stated in this Agreement. Specifically, and except where otherwise allowed under this Agreement, you are prohibited from framing, scraping, aggregating, hacking, reverse engineering, crawling, reproducing, preparing derivative works of, distributing, performing publicly, or displaying publicly the Website, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Mass Junction.You acknowledge and accept that by using Massjunction.info website, and accepting any position you agree to the terms of the fee structure provided below. Mass junction does not charge upfront fees but instead collects fees from sales, check processing, training, and administrative purpose.No fee will be collected unless a check is processed or purchase is made by Jobseeker or Support Staff in relation to your account. You hereby agree to the following service fees: Check processingA $6.00 check and processing fee is required to process earnings payments along with 2% of total check amount USD as of January 2019.

 

These small fee's help us train and pay office staff.

 

Checks will not be issued to Staffers who earn under $100 USD. Earnings under $100 USD will be rolled over and processed the following week as long as the earnings have reached $100 USD.Taxes will not be withheld from payments and you are personally  responsible for payment of taxes via form 1099 MISC issued. Your are still required to report all of your income even if you do not receive a 1099-MISC.Payments will be made via check to the address on files, through Veem.com for international payments and for all those who cannot receive payments via Paypal.com. Please make sure that the address on file is the exact address by which you can receive check payments and address confirmations.

Mass Junction hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty free, non-assignable, and revocable license to use the Website for its customary and intended purposes. Violation of the terms of this Agreement or use of the Website for a use outside of its customary and intended purposes, such as, but not limited to downloading (other than page caching) or modifying the Website or any portion of it will result in the termination of this license. Absent prior written permission from Mass Junction, you are not permitted to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, display, or use for commercial purposes the Website or its content. This license is revocable at any time, and any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Mass Junction.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks (common law or registered) and copyrights (common law or registered) displayed on this Website are the property of their respective owners. Specifically, all Mass Junction marks are the property of Mass Junction , including, but not limited to Mass Junction  and all Mass Junction logos. The Website, including its look and feel, color selections, layout, and arrangement, is the trade dress of Mass Junction . You are prohibited from using Mass Junction ’ trademarks, service marks, and trade dress, or any colorable imitation thereof, to indicate the source of, sponsorship of, approval of, affiliation with, connection with, or association with your goods or services without the prior written consent of Mass Junction .

Website Use & Account Registration

The Website may be accessed and browsed for free. Jobseeker and Employer account creation is also free. To register for an account, you must provide your first name, last name, e-mail address, and create a password. Alternatively, you may register an account via Facebook or Google Plus. Once Jobseekers have registered their account, they will have the option to enroll into a variety of paid subscriptions with Mass Junction  that allows them access to the Website’s complete database of job postings for telecommute positions. Jobseekers also have the option to pay al-la-carte for career related services, such as resume review. Once Employers have registered their account, they will be able to upload job postings on the Website and view a list of the Jobseeker names and e-mail addresses who have opted to apply for an Employer’s job posting. Employers may also have the option to browse Jobseekers’ resumes in search of potential job candidates.

When creating an account, you are agreeing to receive email notifications from Mass Junction . The email notifications from Mass Junction  contain an unsubscribe feature that allows you to “opt out” from future notifications. Please see the Website’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, regarding the collection and use of this and other information about you. Account information will be used consistent with the Privacy Policy. Mass Junction  does not endorse you or discriminate based upon any information provided by you or made available for population on your account.

Users have a duty to ensure that the information provided through their account is truthful, current, complete, and accurate. Users understand and agree that they have an ongoing duty to update and keep current the information provided through their account if and when that information changes. Users are expressly prohibited from creating an account that impersonates another person or entity, contains offensive or obscene language, or otherwise violates the rights of a third party. Users expressly agree that they will not use their account to interfere with or disrupt a third party’s enjoyment and use of the Website. Mass Junction  reserves the right to restrict access to, monitor, suspend, disable, or delete accounts at any time, in its sole discretion, and without prior warning.

Users agree to keep their account secure from unauthorized access. Users will log in using their e-mail and account password, Facebook, or Google Plus. In the case of unauthorized access to a User’s account, they agree to contact Mass Junction  immediately. Payment

Payment for subscriptions and career related services made to the Website are processed internally via credit card or through the third-party payment processor PayPal. Users agree that they are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed by any governmental entity anywhere in the world in connection with their use of the Website and/or monetary contributions through the Website to that applicable governmental entity. You understand and agree that Mass Junction  will not be held liable for any User’s failure to complete a transaction entered into through the Website. By utilizing PayPal’s payment services, both Recipients and Donors are subject to its separate Terms of Service found here: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.

Users may terminate their account by logging into their account and cancelling it; cancelling payment through PayPal; or by contacting Mass Junction ’ customer support via e-mail, chat, or phone. If you cancel your account, Mass Junction  is under no obligation to preserve your data for any length of time and will not be responsible for any loss of data. Mass Junction is under no obligation to provide you with the data associated with your account and/or user profile after cancellation of your account, except as otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy. Mass Junction  recommends that you maintain your own backup of account and user profile data.

Refund Policy

Mass Junction  provides a risk free, money back guarantee to all of our members who pay for services. If you are not satisfied with our service, simply cancel your subscription and request a refund within 30 days of your last payment. We will promptly process a refund for your most recent subscription payment. Each member is entitled to only one refund under these terms during the lifetime of the Mass Junction  website. Refunds will be given by crediting the PayPal account or credit card that was used for purchase. No cash or check refunds will be given.

User Generated Content

Some Users may have the ability to submit content to the Website, including, but not limited to text, music files, photos, and videos (collectively “User Generated Content”).

The job postings and content appearing on the Website is for informational use only. Despite staff efforts to provide accurate and helpful information, some errors may appear from time to time. Before relying on and accepting any information or job offers you've read about on the Website, you should confirm with the employer any information that is important to you. Mass Junction , or its staff, is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in the job postings and listings. Please read each job posting carefully prior to applying. While all of our positions listed in good faith as work-at-home or virtual, some may require that you live in a certain area, or are available for initial onsite training. Occasionally there may be errors and a non-telecommute position listed, all site subscribers are responsible to verify jobs as legitimate work at home or telecommute opportunities.

Mass Junction  is not responsible for any losses to any Jobseeker of this Website due to lost time, wages or identity information that the Jobseeker knowingly provided to Employers whose jobs have been posted on Mass Junction .

Mass Junction  limits the use of 'credible' and 'legitimate' work-at-home jobs to mean those jobs they have screened according to their own specifications to include on their job site.

Prohibited Uses

Your obligation to defend Mass Junction  under the terms of this Agreement will not provide you with the right to control Mass Junction ’ defense, and Mass Junction  reserves the right to control its defense and choose its counsel regardless of your contractual requirement to indemnify Mass Junction .

No Assignment

You acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from assigning your rights and obligations under this Agreement. Mass Junction may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time, including but not limited to in a sale of the Website.

Jurisdiction, Governing Law, and Resolution of Disputes

This Agreement will be interpreted, governed, construed, and enforce in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Indiana without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The parties submit to and agree to personal jurisdiction in Arizona, with venue proper in Phoenix, Arizona.

YOU AND Mass Junction  AGREE THAT ARBITRATION WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE FORUM AND REMEDY AT LAW FOR ANY DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, OR THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES FROM Mass Junction , INCLUDING ANY DISPUTES CONCERNING THE VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, VIOLATION, BREACH, OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE HELD IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MOST RECENTLY EFFECTIVE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING WILL BE DECIDED BY A SINGLE ARBITRATOR AND THE ARBITRATOR WILL DECIDE THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING BY APPLYING THE LAWS AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. THE LOSING PARTY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE PREVAILING PARTY’S REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES. YOU AND Mass Junction  AGREE THAT THE SITUS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA. YOU AND Mass Junction AGREE TO SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF ANY SUCH ARBITRATOR OR ARBITRATION PROCEEDING.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions will remain valid and unimpaired and will continue in full force and effect.

Integration

Mass Junction  hereby incorporates its Privacy Policy into this Agreement. This Agreement and its incorporated Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Website and its associated services and products. You acknowledge and agree that any additional provisions that may appear in any communication from you will not bind Mass Junction .

No Waiver

You understand and agree that no term or provision of this Agreement will be deemed to have been waived and no breach will be deemed to have been consented to unless said waiver or consent is in writing and signed by the party to be charged.

Child Online Privacy Protection Act

The Website is not directed to persons under the age of eighteen (18) and Mass Junction  will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18). If Mass Junction  inadvertently collects such personally identifiable information, Mass Junction will delete the personally identifiable information in accordance with its security protocols.

Limitation on Actions

Mass Junction  AND YOU BOTH AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. FAILURE TO ASSERT SAID CAUSE OF ACTION WITHIN ONE YEAR WILL PERMANENTLY BAR ANY AND ALL RELIEF.

YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST Mass Junction  ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING AND YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Mass Junction.
